Paterno today...........can you believe this statement after meeting with McQueery:
Paterno: ordinarily would have called someone right away, but it was Saturday & didn't want to interrupt their weekend.
"Between the promise and the payoff is the process -- and the process is the point."

Re: Child Molestation
Dear Staff:
We have recently received reports of child molestations occurring in the athletic facilities during weekends and non-business hours. Due to the inconvenience this may cause to university officials, new policy dictates that all child molestation, or observation of child molestation, occur during regular business hours. This will avoid the annoyance of having to report inappropriate conduct during a time that may conflict with Administrator's personal time. Anyone failing to abide by this policy may be subject to disciplinary action (but probably not).
Thank you for your cooperation.

Just saw a picture of schultz at sandusky's attorney's wedding. Wonder why they are both using the horseplay term....
maybe Deliverance was a documentary about Happy Valley, disguised as a Burt Reynolds film.

Did paterno testify today? Really, after what McQueary testified to today makes me wonder why JoePa wasn't charged.
From my understanding, they read JoePa's grand jury testimony into the record.
The most damning testimony was McQueary's account when he first called JoePa the night of the incident. Per McQueary's testimony, the first words out of Joepa's mouth were "if you're calling about a job, I don't have anything for you."
Next thing you know, he found a permanent job for McQueary after all.
