I did date a freshman when I was a senior in high school. Didn't seal the deal though. Just horseplay.

I do not think the Pennsylvania law is that detrimental to the case. It needs to be updated, to be sure, but it isn't fatal. We just got a conviction on a case with 2 victims and a 10 year delay in disclosure with no expert testimony. The prosecutors will ask why they waited to long to disclose, and they will talk about how shameful it is for a boy to be molested, and add to it the fear of making allegations against the architect of linebacker u...

easy enough for the prosecutor to address the delay without experts. ..
