    Default Trade Question

I was offered a trade by a guy for Steve Smith and he offered me Brandon Marshall and Hillis. I have Hardesty and dont really want Hillis. But if I countered with Torain and Steve Smith for Marshall and MJD would that be a fair enough trade?

    Our teams:

    Mine-
    QB- Stafford
    WR- Fitz
    WR- Smith
    RB- Foster
    RB- Gore
    TE- Davis
    W/R- Steve Johnson

    BE- Wayne
    BE- Torain
    BE- Morris
    BE- Hardesty

    His-
    QB- Newton
    WR- Marshall
    WR- Llyod
    RB- MJD
    RB- Hillis
    TE- Gronkowski
    W/R- Holmes

    BE- Jacobs
    BE- BigBen
    BE- Moreno
    BE- LT

On another note has there been a bigger fantasy bust than Hillis this year? I guess Chris Johnson maybe but at least he is playing.

MJD concerns me with his injury history and I reallly dont wanna give up Smith being he has been my best WR and doesnt look to be slowing down anytime soon. I thought maybe he would make the deal because then he would have the Newton-Smith combo.

I was after Johnson for a little while thinking it was just a slow start and he could be had for cheaper than normal but now I dont think I really want him at all. And Hillis looks like garbage and I think Hardesty is the better player going forward.

MJD would be your flex. I can live with a slight injury risk in that position when it gets me an RB instead of a WR. Especially one with the ceiling of MJD.

Fitz is under-performing but him and Stevie isn't bad. Especially when you have 3 top type RBs in your starting lineup.

Giving up Smith is difficult but I think it would serve you better long term with MJD.

    Is this a PPR league?

Yeah, Johnson is driving me nuts in my keeper league but I was able to get Foster which moves Johnson to my flex spot. I have a little more tolerance for his under-performing when in that position.

No just standard yardage and TD league. Is there a trade you think would work that would allow me to keep Smith? Should I try and move Fitz instead or Johnson?

He is really hurting at RB so I really don't think he would give you MJD unless you really are upgrading his WR.

You could try Fitz and Torain. He still has some name despite not playing that well so far. Torain is hot right now because of Hightower's injury. People think he will break out and he might but he still is coached by Shanahan which makes me want no part of him.

I know, Torain seems to be the hot name and I wonder if I hang onto him for a week and if he is able to have a good game this week his stock might shoot up a lot more.

Eh, its just as likely that Shanahan gives Helu 25 carries and his value plummets. I sell him now when I know his stock is high if its me.
