Pipkins was a huge get for them.

True, although they were able to get in on him before he really blew up. This is still one hell of a recruiting class, just bummed when they lose out out on high profile kids they really wanted.

Pipkins had very strong ties to the state of MI with his dad, who is a UM fan, still living in Saginaw. Pipkins wasn't your typical out-of-stater. Seriously though, how can you take a look at your last 2 classes and say that you have struggled pulling kids away from OOS schools? Majority of your 2012 class had big time OOS offers, and this year is really no different.

I forgot the kid from Tennessee’s name but I looked at his film yesterday afternoon. He has a nice juke move but he seems to run just as high as Isaac if not higher.

Sam Webb just tweeted that Michigan might be dropping in to visit Isaac this week. I hope there's something to it, but I get the gut feeling that it's a desperation move because they don't feel confident with Derrick Green. And really, if that kid's top three schools were Auburn, Tennessee, and Michigan, and he hasn't at least verbally committed to the coaches yet, then it seems like he's probably just looking for reasons to go elsewhere.
