It's particularly effective if your goal is to mini comeback a lot.

They've gotten more 4 star recruits over the past 3 seasons.

That's probably fair given the list I rattled off. But there are some other guys that were known, but OSU just didn't have the space. Guys such as Patrick White, Nate Klatt, Schofner/Burkland, Donovan Clark, R Williamson, etc.

I'm still trying to understand this groundbreaking point. Ohio's got a good coach -- just like they have for the last 70 years. Ohio's gonna be able to lure top recruits. Wow, just like they have for the last 70 years. Somehow, little old U-M has been able to compete with them over that time period. Now is Urban Meyer a good thing for U-M? No (and I haven't seen anyone say it is), but some are acting like U-M mine as well throw in the towel.

I think what the Valenti's of the world are trying to say is "Tressel had O$U in the hunt for National Title conversation year after year before the sh*t hit the fan, Meyer will turn O$U into the Canes of the 90's with the scores of kids he'll bring in! As a Michigan fan, I want us to have a legit shot at unseating the Bucknuts in certain years.....if Urb goes Tressel dynasty plus , then it makes college football around here alot less fun.
