Michigan Basketball Recruiting Thread

Michigan's first round of 2013 offers go out tomorrow and I expect they finish 2/3 of their class pretty soon afterwards.

Austin Hatch is expected to get an offer and end his recruitment pretty soon after.

Michigan will also, according to UMHoops, likely offer atleast 3 PGs tomorrow that they have a reasonable shot at. Flint's Monte Morris, Indiana's Demetrius Jackson, and Detroit's Derrick Walton.

The other position left is a PF or C for the 2013 class and I think Michigan would be wise to wait a little here. Their board isn't expansive at that spot and I think they could afford taking their time.

They could have the whole class filled by the end of June with the top 3 guys they want...........its really weird recruiting from a position of strength.

Bline seems like a weird recruiter to me - for whatever reason, he never seems to go after the top flight guys. Maybe he does and I just don't know about it. He does seem to identify his guys early and make a strong push for them though. Oh well, I can't argue with the results yet/
