Ok, after laughing my ass off at the painting my dick like an Easter egg line, my advice is if you really like her, and this is a day that you know she finds special, take her to a nice breakfast or brunch. I grew up Catholic, and Easter is actually the most revered of the holidays amongst the strict ones. If she's tight with her family, as many Catholics tend to be, there's going to be Easter Sunday Mass, and an all day affair; dinner, etc, which she'll want to spend with them.
I'm with a lot of the other guys; you start buying Easter gifts, that's a precedent that will have you buying 3rd Friday of the month gifts. OK, maybe that's a bit extreme, but you know what I mean.

i'm not reading the whole thread, but an Easter gift? are you kidding? thats ridiculous.
no way i would do it, because it seems completely useless, but i also wouldnt because it sets a precedent that you dont want to have to follow. you're better off getting her something, if you want to, just because you felt like it..
