ESPN does a very good job of evaluating the states they focus on (Florida + Texas mainly, some other southern states as well). But I think they do a very poor job everywhere else, particularly in the northeast and midwest.

Usually about 25 5-stars so unless he falls hard he should be a 5 star with Rivals when its all said and done.
