Looking for new phone anyone know a good smartphone with reasonable deals?

Verizon has good deals like that. You can get a decent phone basically for free if you sign up for 2 years. Not a really good phone, but something more than serviceable that can handle the internet and texting.

metropcs probably has the best price point. you can get unlimited web, text, and talk for 40 bucks a month I believe. I think their area of coverage is very spotty though.

I think Verizon was giving away the driod Inc for free with new activations through wirefly, that's pretty damn good for a free phone IMO.

Might want to check out what they have at BestBuy, their new phone promos are rebate-free.

Also, have you checked out if your new job has any corporate discounts?

-Sprint will give you he cheapest "everything" unlimited plan except you only get 450 anytime minutes, but this shouldn't be an issue seeing they have FREE mobile-to-mobile and their nights start at 7:00. But many will argue its the worst service of the 3 major carriers. I think their all everything plan with 450 minutes is $70/month
-Verizon definitely has the best coverage, but you'll pay a lot for an all everything plan... with 450 minutes (but no free mobile to mobile... maybe free verizon to verizon) you will pay $89.99
-AT&T is probably somewhere in the middle, but some would argue their coverage is spotty. But their network is also suppose to be the fastest.

And yes, check out best buy... since you don't have to deal with the mail-in rebates. They do it all for you.

1. As an Iphone4 user, the Iphone 3GS is a piece of garbage. The 4 and Evo and other phones blow it away, don't waste your money.

2. Evo and Evo Shift IMO are the best smart phones out right now, get it along with the 69.99 sprint unlimited plan and have fun.

I pay $81 a month for 250 texts a month, unlimited web, and 450 min with Verizon. but that's with a 15% company discount.

My contract is up next month, and I would rather stick a sharp stick in the eye than stick with T-Mobile. Pricing out plans has given me sticker shock! WTF!?! I can buy a f*cking car for the price of some cell phone plans!
