Oh, OK, you just never know the inflection on a post in this place. It's funny, having seen these kids when they were in like, 1st grade and middle school, and now as teenagers. It will be very odd if they end up becoming starters and seeing them play on a big stage.

Saw Mario at HHS's prom pictures today. Beast! He's put on like 15 pounds since I saw him last and his hair is growing out. Heard the trainer has him eating doubled up cal/carbs because workouts are so intense. Looks strong.

No, I didn't really pay attention to her as kids were all over the place for photo ops. He said hello and my daughter and her boyfriend took some shots with him. My daughter's went to school with him since 1st grade. My son chaperoned the prom and said he talked to Mario. Said they've got him doing like NAVY Seal training. He's a really sharp kid, one of those you remember as well-rounded, really smart. I'm wondering how his younger brother will pan out.

Also saw Jake Slobin, who's being projected to be a Big Ten player also. He looked pretty big, too. Did not see AB or Funchess, which surprised me. Maybe they just missed the photo op, but Mario came back from U of M for prom as he's already enrolled.
