Jordan Diamond got an OSU offer today. Hoke needs to get Diamond wrapped up, by all accounts he should be blue
Staring at my countdown clock and bulletin board material for motivation
http://articles.chicagotribune.com/2...nd-matt-alvitiDiamond in Champaign: Simeon junior offensive tackle Jordan Diamond spent last Saturday at Illinois' junior day, where he sat down with coach Ron Zook and several players, including King grad Jeff Allen.
"He says it is fantastic at Illinois," Diamond said of Allen. "He said Coach Joe Gilbert is a nice offensive line coach, and he really broke it down for me on how they do things."
Diamond, who added an offer from Florida State last week, is up to 15 scholarship offers.
With some of the 'Big Ugly' love we've been getting, need to reserve a spot for Diamond. Michigan still in it here?
This is straight from a SpartanMag article and I don't give a ****:
LOLWUT?As many people know, Mark Dantonio does not put pressure on recruits to make their college choice. Dantonio's approach is different than many programs and has served the Spartans well. While some may think pushing for commitments is a good thing, the solid classes and lack of de-commitments under Dantonio is something that cannot be ignored.

Frank Clark, '11 Signee to Michigan:
"The thing that stuck with me was they want to know what's going on by Friday, if I'm going to attend Michigan State. It was something like that.
OSU and MSU's biggest beef with Michigan fans for years was their thought that they were above the shadiness of college sports and that they always did things the right way.
That is what SpartanMag and a good portion of Spartan fans do with Dantonio now.
There isn't any difference between a year and a week before NSD, that is, if you are going to claim you don't pressure recruits into commitments.
I agree with you -- you do have to pressure kids to commit at certain points, its the way things are done. Let's just not have people act as if they are above that -- they aren't.
Diamond going to OSU and Ross to PSU this weekend makes it evident to me that they both are getting closer to decisions being finalized and commitments being made.
