I think this is a solid list to start with, diehard or someone else could point out of my misses. Italicized guys I think will be 4* guys to start. Still really early, though. I could list more players but I think these are the guys that either already have scholarship offers (a guy like Payne already has two offers -- Toledo and Iowa) or are guys that will be top 25 types.

Also, I know this is way, way, way too early but 2013 guys..

Michigan's top couple early out of state targets probably Jordan Diamond from Chicago Simeon and Allen Gant of Sylvania Southview in Ohio.

Big problem with Diamond may be that he and his high school teammate QB Robert Gregory have discussed attending the same school. Gregory is a dual threat quarterback.
