If I recall, it's a Hyundai and it's a product placement. Dale had a line earlier in the season where he said to Shane, "why don't you pack up that nice car of yours and leave?" (paraphrasing)

Well from what I gather, they(producers and writers) heard about it from fans of the show regarding the whole "finding the little girl/love triangle/lori's pregnant/endless moralizing conversation theme that bogged down the whole show for 5 or six episodes and got the message. Agree, the last two or three episodes salvaged the season. The whole searching endlessly for the girl thing was becoming a joke.
No fancy avatars, no clever signatures in bold type, just 100% pure message.

Well...for me the end was ok. I had these complex theories of why the zombies were there. Was it sabotage? Was it the other group?

And it turns out to be because a &^&#ing helicopter flew by..what 2-3 months earlier? You mean to tell me nothing else distracted the mob before then? I was a bit pissed at that. And no rushing rivers, no cliffs, no walls, nothing?

I did like the prison thing at the end. It got me thinking. It has to be the best spot. High concrete walls, towers, medical, food, water, arms and armor, special swat gear, fuel, prison buses and security cars, communications, generators, library, maybe a copter, etc. Basically the perfect spot. You fortify that right- no zombie ever gets in unless some dumbass lets them in.

and Dtr- I hear ya. There is some advantage to a variety of vehicles with varying ranges though. Different passenger capacity, size, fuel requirements, etc.

But yeah. Get some vehicles that can be armed/armored. Maybe the prison will help that?

I think it was another/different helicopter flight than we saw earlier.

also, if you like podcasts, try this one: www.zombiepodcast.com

it's like old time radio...good production value...it's called "we're alive"

they release 20min segments once a week...pretty good...

I think it's because the saw wasn't tough enough to cut through the cuffs.
