    Shane may be a dick, but they need him. Everything that he has done saved the groups asses. Waxing Otis was sort of needed.

    He does have a "presentation" issue, though.

    Oh I totally agree...Shane is the badass that Rick isn't, although that may have changed when he shot those two dudes. Personally I like Shane, but I think everyone knows that he is going to die at some point.

    He's been a good character and, to a degree, a villain so far. There's no way that he can continue with this group at this point. It's either be killed or leave the group.

    It's about time they begin to setup "the governor" storyline which I suspect will be season 3.

    I have never watched this show, but it looks good. i just didnt get into it right away, so didnt want to start now..

    What season is it in? Is it good enough to be worth getting the back season(s) on netflix and watching?
