Looks like change for change's sake. It doesn't make either of you particularly better nor does it really fill a need for either of you.

this is a great trade for the other guy.. he doesn't have a #1 WR.. in fact, he barely has a #2... you want to depend on Matt Moore, Matt Cassel or whoever the **** is the QB in Buffalo to get your #1 WR the ball ?? The other guy has all kinds of RB depth.. Benson is better then any of the RB you have.. I have Benson in one of my leagues and I like him.. he's 27, seems renewed.. and he is in a contract year..

tell him you want Nate Burleson also.. and send back Chris Chambers.. tell him you need that to balance the trade...

Now that I look at it, the trade makes you way too thin @ WR Breaston would be your #2 WR. If Warner was still playing that wouldn't be so bad but he's not so .

Fact is, I just don't think Benson is all that good. He's solid, but I'm not sold he would give you more at RB2 than J. Stew would. Don't be surprised if you see Bernard Scott start to cut into his carries as well. Stick with what you got.
