    I clicked no on the hardship question, and went through to try and see how they "rate" my loan.
    I'm trying to get an idea of how they view my loan, because i'm just assuming that if it's not that bad to them, that I won't get the opportunity.

    If it is a full blown lottery then it doesn't matter.
