FYI
for anyone who has been looking to refi, but couldn't due to mortgage insurance premiums going way up, legislation was passed and on June 11th mortgage insurance premiums on FHA loans will be back to the levels they were at pre 2009.

Finally closing on my Refi on Monday..This has been a total cluster****, but its finally working out..Dropping from 6.5 to 4.5%..Saving me $200 a month
