It was my favorite. Autocorrect typos are one thing... but that one was awesome.

I've been lucky with my neighbors for the last 1.5 years or so. No issues really.

I had this **** happen with my house in Livonia.

This should probably go in the "you're ****ing lying" thread, because it is BH epic "are you kidding me?" worthy.

When we moved into the house per by Catholic Central's former school, it was a great neighborhood. Mostly families around us with the exception of one crazy redneck who lived in the house immediately south of us. This guy was living in his mother's home while she was living in a hospice due to her health. This guy loved to do nothing more than sit outside, drink, work on his Gremlin drag car and call the cops to threaten suicide at 2am.

1st incident: I have owned the house for 2 weeks. My parents and younger brother have came over from Kalamazoo to stay the night and see the property. After a night of cocktails, we all hit the hey and pass out around midnight. 45mins later, someone knocks on my door... I respond with a raspy "whaaat?". My brother replies: "hey, it's me... Just thought you would like to know that there are 20 cops with M40's surrounding your house"...

WTF?

So I throw on some sweats and go to the living room. I peak out the window and see cops, guns drawn and hiding behind my car, my moms, trees and I even see a few running through the back yard. To my relief, I notice that none of them appear to be pointing their guns at my house, but rather my neighbors. So I decide to slowly open the door, wave to an officer to get his attention and try to ask "why in true hell is the SWAT team using my home and vehicles as bullet shields??".

Instead of an answer... I got a "GET THE **** BACK IN YOUR HOME"!

so we watch for 30 mins and listened as one said, "sir, we're not getting a response... I say we make a move". At this point, I see them ram down the door and all rush into the house from different angles. 10 mins later... They are pulling my neighbor out in handcuffs. It looks like he was passed out face down on a tile floor and they just woke him from his slumber.

Once **** was under control, an officer finally came over and told me "the suspect called 911 tonight to tell them he was going to kill himself and if anyone tried to stop them, he would be happy to take a few people with him with his glock.

My Thought was "ok, then let him do his thing". However, that does se to be PD policy.

This happened 4 more times over the next 2 years before he was finally permanently committed.

That's incident 1... I probably have another half dozen more.

I dont think that person lives there anymore....The guy that is there now is a real nice guy..Now the WT next door to him and me suck..

Ha... How long have you owned that house now? Was that crazy fekker still there when you moved in? I feel like I remember you moving in towards the end of his craziness.

We're you in that hose during the great black out? When this apocalypse now militia nut helped power half the houses on the street with his industrial generator? That's another good story.

Been there almost 7 years..And no, I was not there for the black out.Was still in Garden City...I like the guy there now..Unfortunately, im inbetween WT on one side and Arabic Trash (version of WT) on the other..The guy who just bought your old house last year still does not have curtains or shades on any of his windows..I guess that is the kind of people you get when they only buy a house for 26k....

Ugh...

I'd love to stop by and take a tour of that house to see how badly all of my hard work has been wrecked.

I do still wonder about the people that lived there before me too... I mean it not everyday you find a gun wrapped in saran wrap and hidden in a panel behind your bar.
