buuut they claim to have bought the house last year (from the "smith's)

but township records (Accessible to the public online) still list the"Smith's" as the owners

and the Smith's crap is still in the backyard (old car)

according to listings I've seen online, the house is still on the market and active (listing was updated a few weeks ago)
