Anybody familiar with it? I'm sitting here watching the infomercial for it, and it looks pretty impressive...but I guess infomercials always do.
Anyone have any real-world experience with it?The last thing I want to do is hurt you. But it's still on the list.

The workouts are pretty intense, but they definitely worked. If you can stay dedciated to it for the three months you will see big results. The workouts last about an hour.
