This is where Ford gets nailed. He always had Millen standing in front of him taking all the shots from the fans and the press, now its just him. Coach Rod will be there until the end of the season unless they have a total lockeroom revolt.

Marrinelli is just as much to blame as Millen. All we heard was how hard Rod was working on the draft to get "his type of Guy". Well he got em in Dizon, Gosder and the rest of the guys who barely see the field. Why draft Dizon if he isn't good enough to play in front of Paris Lenon? Why start Foster when you picked Gosder #1?

Talent evaluation obviously is terrible, from the scouts to the coach to the ex GM.

Exactly, I have never seen a team so inept at drafting as an organization as this bunch. Never. How many draft picks that many would call no brainers has this team passed over for some kind of bizarre reach that somebody in this incompetent group of clowns saw visions of? You could train a monkey to throw darts at a draft list and do as good or better by sh!t luck.
No fancy avatars, no clever signatures in bold type, just 100% pure message.

i don't think it will either, because they (the fords) won't give the GM total control of all personal like miami gave to Tuna.

More than likely the only contest these fools could engage in would be one to see who can go the longest without crapping their diaper.

It’s just not going to happen. I’m not going to let my team do that."
