I'm just wondering,with the lions losing season after season,and game after game,how do you,the media people,whether it's radio,or T.V, continue to do interviews with the players,the coaching staff,hearing the same excuses,each and every week,and not come to the point where you just say...I can't do this anymore

I mean i know it's professionalism,but how do you contiune to talk your self into being subjected to the same ole line,whether it's from Rod Maronelli,old man ford senior,or someone in the front office?

I personally feel terrible for those of you who have to do this every week while the football season is in full swing,and if you're wondering,no,i'm not a lions fan,i've been a steelers die hard since day one.

I just watch the lions lose ever week, just to see what they will do next to continue to lose each game.

I'm sorry, I didn't even read your thread, i'm drunk and noticed you had Kitna as your Avatar..... what are you thinking!?!?!? haha F the Lions, I hope they lose every game and the Ford's get a sense of football and blow everyone out.... re-build, they should even fire themselves... they have no clue how to play football, nor do they have a clue on how to make play calls... just completely horrible from 1-10

I read it, and really I can't think of any other reason than it's their job... take a paycheck asking questions everyone wants to know... "why do you guys suck", then they fed bull spit by the players, and report it and get paid... hell seems like an easy job, where can I apply..

Explain your theory. If a team loses, especially in the same way, that has to be way harder than if they win...

Well...from my experience... I have covered the Pistons and Michigan for the past 3 years here... When the teams are winning, you get the same crap from the guys. However, when they're losing, you start to hear/see the *****ing, moaning and you get much more from the players... Plus, the meltdown point is always a possibility. Flip last year with the Pistons...pissed off at every presser, always annoyed. Rich Rod yesterday, was pissed, made for great pressers...its boring when its a win and everything is going well.
