...I didn't want to put this in "Today's Thread" - sorry. (got that out of the way)...
Suggestion for Terry?....
Mine is: He should visit a famous Local Historical Mansion- i.e. The Ford House, etc.
As far as places to go, if you haven't been yet, you may as well hit up the Detroit museums. The science museum is pretty good, DIA is alright but I'm not all that interested in that, and the historical museum (same one Dale recommended?) has their basement modeled after an old Detroit downtown street.
Make sure you pick up at least one drunken, stumbling, hysterical woman at 2AM and offer to drive her somewhere.
Oops, check.
Yep Morovia - know of it well.
Likely, Terry's been there, as when he and I were growing up in 1970's Detroit, a class field-day to the Detroit Historical Museum was fairly common, in that era.
Charles H. Wright Museum of African american history....
sure terry has been there, but other people should check it out no matter what race you are.
What's the deal with all these ****ing advertisements? If you guys are having a hard time hosting this without ads, lemme know and I might be able to come up with a better bandwidth package for you. John McCain!?!?!
"The King" can suck my balls.
Run through Detroit Central Station....don't know why...but it was entertaining when I was in HS
ROLL TIDE ROLL!
Terry's gotta check out the Dakota Inn. Of all the bars in Detroit, this is a Detroit icon!
I think it would be cool to sit courtside at a Piston's game before I kick the bucket. It would be a good opportunity to have a beer with Kid Rock and hear Racheed yell out "ball don't lie!"
