    You misspelled "speech" and "president" in the same paragraph that you tried to show you have some education by referencing a political comment made by a radical Iranian leader.

    Yep, sure, it's a cut and dry case. Just like the lady who sued McDonalds for burning herself with coffee. Everyone thought she was going to get laughed out of court. Too bad she won. McDonalds was keeping their coffee at an extreme temp (just below boiling) and were found liable for the damages.

    Never say never on these types of cases. It's all in the wording of the entire contract.

    I'm sure some type of settlement will come out before this goes to trial.
