WVU has a pretty big game against OU, and he bailed on his players. I know Petrino was having a bad year, and RR had a good year, but both in a way quit on their players. It's interesting to me that no one is making a big deal of this like they did with Petrino...i don't necessarily mean nationally, but at least on this board.
Im not sure many were mad at John L. leaving at halftime for MSU or Dantonio leaving before his bowl game. Unfortunatly its the way of college football right now and i dont see it changing soon.

Petrino cannot blame Blank about this (i don't think), but had he known Vick would be in prison i doubt he would have left Louisville...Petrino was put into a situation he was no aware would happen...not an excuse but if you can use the fact RR didn't like his boss (how many people do?) for a reason he did what he did, then i can use what i did.

Everybody has the right to sound like an idiot but you have abused that right.

I wonder what CC would think of Tressel if he ever jumped to another job and after he talked to his players before the bowl game?
