aside from the fact that the office now sucks, as do most of the NBC shows (especially 30 rock as of late)... why can't NBC get down the timing of their episodes? Cutting off the end of the episodes on my dvr only makes me more upset and doesn't encourage me to watch the other shows, but rather boycott them on principle.

And yes, they do it on purpose for the crossover effect, but all it does is piss me off.

    Fall "The Office" Spoilers:

    Spoiler: show
After all those guest stars, it looks like "The Office" may be hiring from within, after all.

Following star Steve Carell's summer announcement that he would leave the hit comedy he led for seven seasons as lovable dunce Michael Scott, the show's producers went on a massive search for a new star boss; theybooked Will Ferrell for a four episode arc as the temporary boss, and then overloaded the season's final episode with a long series of guest stars. But according to TV Line's Michael Ausiello, the plan right now may be to hire from within.

He says that the producers are, for now, deciding between Jim (John Krasinksi), Dwight (Rainn Wilson) and Andy (Ed Helms) to take the boss's chair; on the show, Dwight and Andy both vied for the role, while Jim turned the temporary gig down, which set off the long search for a new head honcho.

Throughout the spring, the slew of guest stars was slowly announced. In March, it came out that Will Arnett and series creator Ricky Gervais would appear; then, in early April, Ray Romano, James Spader and Catherine Tate were added to the list. Finally, in late April, Jim Carrey booked his ticket to Scranton.

Word earlier was that Tate was the number one choice for the role, and NBC still has an option on her contract, should they want her for that role or something else. Instead of taking over for Michael, it looks like Spader will be taking the job of Dunder Mifflin CEO, formerly played by Kathy Bates.

    hmm

    Spoiler: show
James Spader as CEO of Dunder would be pretty good, as long as he can keep up that super creep attitude he played in the finale. As for the in house replacements, I think Andy would be a better choice than Dwight.

I am pulling for Andy to become the next Office manager. I feel he is the only hope, to bring the Office back to the glory days. Andy is the most like Michael, in that he can be pretty clueless and make a lot of mistakes....which is what made Michael great.

Plus, they could really play up Andy's anger management issues.....one day he could be super nice, the next he could snap!

Jim and Dwight are played out as managers, plus I think Jim is at his best when he is a smart ass and pulling pranks. And Dwight is at his best when he is the second fiddle, always sucking up and trying to gain praise.

Old favorites, but those with declining audiences such as "The Office" and "30 Rock," will return,

While this season has exceeded my low expectations, it's time to go.
    Check back later

I realize I'm putting this here for you to read... but please, don't talk about it.
