I am a regular at Motownsports.com and I know some of you are as well. We have just learned that our most likeable and valuble poster, estrepe1 was one of the students whose life has perished in the Virginia Tech shootings. He was a devout Tigers fan, who wanted to do nothing else than talk baseball. This is a very big loss for his family and ours. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
I know some here lurk the motown board, and if you have been there, then I am sure you know estrepe1. So I thought I would post this here for any members that have known him.

I'm sorry to hear about that man. My thoughts are with all who knew him.
I'm not the praying type
If that means I end up in hell I'll see what I can do about revenge.
Because the son of a ***** that did this is there.
If you're havin' code problems I feel bad for you son, I got 99 problems but a glitch ain't one
FALSE, all of my problems are "gltiches."
****in A. This is such a tragedy. Sorry to hear this. Please send my sympathies. I shall continue praying for everyone involved in this tragedy.

Estrepe was a great guy and a huge Tigers fan. My nephew goes to VT and he made it through. Then I find out about Brian. It's senseless and a huge loss.

I'm active over at motownsports, and this is just a tragic, tragic event. Unbelievable.

That's just terrible. So sorry for your guys loss.
Curtis Granderson is my favorite Tiger by far now.
I realize I'm putting this here for you to read... but please, don't talk about it.
I just wanted to pass on my prayers to all of you over at motown sports. It's hard to lose someone so young, kind and caring. Brian seemed to have a ton of friends on that site and I liked the ideas that some people came up with like contacting Dickerson and maybe getting a group together to donate in his name.
Brian seemed to have not only that site, but the people he talked to better.
You all with be in my thoughts and prayers.
Take care,
Kathi
My site just lost a 17-year old member in December in a car accident, someone we were VERY close to, so I know how this feels. I can't imagine being a part of something like this, and my prayers are with Brian and his family. I don't have the words to make anything better, so I won't even bother trying.
Just out of curiousity, what did Curtis Granderson do?
