It's like a Harvey Dent thing going on. Tommyz is the happy side, the side that likes almost everything. mtdman is the opposite but there are random similarities in the things they like and post about. And you'll notice that mtdman's posts are very cyclical. He posts a lot and then goes a while without posting. That leads me to believe that mtdman is to tommyz as the dark passenger is to Dexter. He comes around louder and louder until tommyz finally goes out and shoves a kitchen knife through someone's throat and then the cycle resets.
