How to sign up

1) Please visit the Yahoo Fantasy Football page at:

http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com

2) Under "Free Fantasy Football", (on the right-hand side near the middle of the page) Choose the option to "Join a League".

2a) You will then be prompted for your Yahoo! ID and password. If you don't have one, create one now, as you will need one to "own" a team in the league.

3) On the following page, choose "Join a Custom League"

4) When prompted for the league ID and password, enter the following information:

Password - 1270am

5) Select a team name and a helmet type (or avatar), and select your info settings.

6) Just verify your settings, register your team, and you're all set!

I'm pretty sure the draft date and time is going to change, just threw a date out there to get things rolling. We'll poll the owners when the league fills up and set a real date and time.

I'd prefer a weekend myself, but we'll let majority decide.

i haven't even had any of my other drafts yet, so if that time stays it still will be my first of the year. my main league is the wednesday before the start of the season. a couple of the guys in the league have gotten screwed by preseason injuries in the past.

Man there's a ton of teams. This is gonna be brutal. I can't wait to get stiffed with someone like Brian Westbrook as my 1st round pick. Hahaha.

That's one of the reasons I reduced QB points, made the offensive positions totally flexible, and restricted bench spots. This way everyone should at least be able to field a feasable team each week.

But with 20 teams, the first 4-5 rounds of the draft are going to be really critical.
