Today I was 299.4 on the scale. Down 32 lbs since the end of feb. And below 300 lbs for the first time in about 5 years.

It's weird, because the last few days I've been eating a bit more, I've been hungry, and I literally lost 5 lbs since last thursday eating more.
Whatever. Feels good.

Started Phase 2 of P90x this morning. Third of the way done...
Weighed in at 291 today. That makes 40 lbs since end of feb, and I am halfway to my 1st goal of 250.
The shorts that were too tight for me a month ago are now loose as hell and I'm going to actually have to buy new clothes.

So in addition to my normal three day a week jogging routine I've been doing the following:
-Shooting hoops (just playing 21 and junk in my friends driveway)
-Golfing once or twice a week (plus an occasional bucket of balls)
-I added hiking to my routine this week, probably went 15-20 miles.
I've got a very important goal that I set almost a year ago and need to lose 20 pounds in about 10 weeks to make it happen. Even though my current pace has been good, it hasn't been that fast. So I'm going hardcore for a while.
