Rode my bike to school, 11+ miles there, and 11+ back. Played an hour of ball when I got there , also aced my midterm.
    according to myfitnesspal I burned
    2362 calories.

If I do this twice a a week with everything else I'll lose 3 pounds a week just eating a normal diet. (which will be hard because I want to eat an entire cow right now)
That would put me at my weight loss goal in 5 weeks. Just in time for ...spring?
If you're havin' code problems I feel bad for you son, I got 99 problems but a glitch ain't one
FALSE, all of my problems are "gltiches."

You have to burn 3500 calories to lose one pound. From your post, if you do that twice a week, that's 1.5 lbs maybe. If you can cut 500 calories a day you can drop about 2lbs a week.

I got an app for my phone that records all the food I eat and gives me the macros as well. It's got a barcode scanner so I can scan the package without entering the stuff myself.

Burn 3,500 calories = 1 lb. weight loss
    Cut 500 x 7 = 3,500 calories = 2 lbs. weight loss

Where's the disconnect? You are taking the same 3,500 of calories out of your diet.

I benched 225 last night 4 times. I didn't think I could do it, I barely got 205 last week. But I managed 205 8 times so I figured I'd give it a try. It felt good, it's only my 5th chest workout since I started back up. I used to be able to max at 265, it's nice to get back strength so fast after 15 years. I'm aiming for 300 by the end of summer.

I've been doing some reading about my thyroid problem. I'm not happy with my doctor's response to these things and I'm thinking about asking for an endocrinology referral. I'm down to 324, but I've only managed 2 lbs in 2 weeks and I'm working out like a madman. I'm doing 2 hours a night 3/4 times a week plus an hour of cardio 3/4 times a week, and eating at a 1000 calorie deficit. Something isn't adding up correctly here.

I benched 275 last night. After I ate some peanut butter. Woke up this morning, down 1.5 lbs from yesterday.

You can't always think in terms of weight loss when you are doing lifting. Muscle is heavier than fat, so while you may not be shedding pounds you are likely getting trimmer and healthier.
