I won't say its impossible but I can't imagine I could ever weigh 235. I can't even imagine how that might look. I thought I was looking fat at 186.
Also, hard to imagine I'm actually 50lbs heavier right now than when I graduated HS![]()
I spent my life trying to gain weight for sports. I was the kid that had the six pack without ever doing a sit up or watching what I ate. When I realized that since I didn't run a 4.5 forty... being 180lbs wasn't going to cut it for sports... I did EVERY thing to gain weight. Ate 2-3 baked potatoes a day or 2 plates of spaghetti (back when they thought this was the trick), took every supplement known to man and lifted 5-6 days a week.
In the end, I got up to around 200lbs. All that for 15 measily lbs. too small for a linebacker in college, too slow for safety. 12 years later... I can look at a carb and feel my chin swell and my pony keg inflate. 213 right now. I'm pushing for 220 by summer.
How tall are you d2o? I feel like 180-185 is my ideal weight but I'm not sure until I get closer.

I've got a lot of weight in my gut, but it's every where else as well.
BTW, I lost 5 lbs since saturday. Weighed in at 331 sat, today 326. I have been watching my carbs a lot, especially the sugars and starches. Plus drinking a lot of water. I lifted Sat and Tues. Walked on Sun Mon and Tues, biked Sat.
I am supposed to go take another blood test this week for my yearly checkup. My triglycerides have been high in the past, and although my blood sugar wasn't a high number, doing some reading this past week I'm worried about becoming insulin resistant. My doc was not worried about the diabetes, but in looking at my diet previously, I was eating a lot of carbs and sugar without realizing it. Which is another reason to watch my eating more closely.
I got an app for my phone that helps me count my food intake. It has a bar code scanner on it which makes things a lot easier. Plus I can track my exercise as well in the same program.
Something I also read last night that I never heard of before, you shouldn't train your biceps and triceps at the same time. I've always done an 'arms' day, where I do both. But the trainer I was reading last night said you shouldn't train them both at the same time because they are opposing muscle groups and they both can't be 'on' at the same time. I usually superset curls with triceps extensions which is a big no-no. I'm going to have to split em up, do triceps the same day as bench.

Now I'm wondering the last time I weighed 170.
I realize I'm putting this here for you to read... but please, don't talk about it.
You weighed 135 at 18 years old? Diddy weighs more than that.
