So no love for the magic hat brands huh?
I like their Octoberfest beer Hex and their Winter Howl..Both of those beers are good. Other than that, the other stuff ive tasted is meh and #9 is an AWFUL beer.

And by the way, I really dont have much as far as this goes anymore..With all the dr. bills I have, I cannot really afford to buy them anymore...

I have a friend in New York that has Ithaca Flower Power which is supposed to an amazing IPA. I can't get it here. Short's does not distribute there. He has been talking to me about swapping a 6 pack of Huma for a 6 pack of Flower Power. We can both buy it and mail it pretty cheap- a lot cheaper than we could buy it and have it shipped online through a store.

Certain types. Stouts, porters, barleywines, sours, and even imperial IPAs. Generally, beers that are bottle conditioned or have a higher alcohol content will age well. Over time, the flavors will develop and the flavor will be rounder. Lambic's will be less tart, Imperial IPA will be less hoppy, etc.

With so many microbreweries with limited distribution, it is pretty common for people to trade beer. I should do it more being that Michigan is a beer mecca.

???? Its not la Roja...Its la Roja grand reserve..Its a very limited release

Grand Reserves spend a minimum of 1 year in oak. Some Grand Reserves have spent as much as 27 or 32 months in oak. The last Biere de Mars and the one released TODAY are the only ones released since the brewpub opened. It has been quite awhile since the LaRoja and Lucy have been released. There is usually only like 20 cases(12oz) produced
