They have good collards? Really? Do they cook them in water or some sort of broth? My mom uses chicken broth.
What's a burnt end? Is that the same as a rib tip?

Burnt ends are double smoked chunks of beef brisket. Intensely smoky, heavily charred yet still tender...The greens are cooked is some type of sweet vinegary sauce...i though it was good...I like this place better than famous daves...With that said, famous daves cornbread and slaw are better
