They have good collards? Really? Do they cook them in water or some sort of broth? My mom uses chicken broth.

What's a burnt end? Is that the same as a rib tip?

I'm gonna have to get in there soon. Everybody in my fam swears by Famous Dave's. I'd rather try something different.

Burnt ends are double smoked chunks of beef brisket. Intensely smoky, heavily charred yet still tender...The greens are cooked is some type of sweet vinegary sauce...i though it was good...I like this place better than famous daves...With that said, famous daves cornbread and slaw are better

Into beer 1 of 6, Arcadia Ales, IPA.

Not a fan. Too carbonated or something. Too much fizz taste.

Arcadia is just alright. The Sky High Rye is the only beer I usually ever have by them.

I haven't tried the Spruce Pilsner yet, but I want to. The Saugatuck Brewing company had some spruce tip beer at the Beer Festival that I really liked. Probably going to make some this spring. Might try flavoring with Fir tips as well.
