I'm craving this salt and vinegar thing GG mentioned. It's not a sauce? I only go to BWW every 3-4 months so I'm not hip to new stuff.

It's not a sauce. It's one of four "spice rubs". It's like dry rub bbq. I don't go often either but I noticed it this time around.

It was different, but I really like salt and vinegar everything, and now I know I like it on wings too.
