grilled turkey loin sandwiches with chipotle gouda cheese, sauteed onions, lettuce and red pepper ranch on a nice roll

please don't read until Thursday April28th so it really is "last night" - figured I'd forget by tomorrow...

2 chili cheese dogs but instead of shredded or liquid cheese, I fried up some sharp cheddar in a pan until it was nice and gooey, then poured it over the dogs - added some mustard and enjoyed!

I think I'll be hitting the bathroom very soon...
