I was at work and ran out of food, so I had a can of corn.

I had a can of beans - cold (the best way). I don't remember a time when I sat down with a mound of corn though.

I'm in a hockey tourny today/tomorrow so tonight i'll be having Labatt Blue for dinner.....mmmmmm!

So what was on the menu for the 4th of July?

We had the usual cookout fare:

    Hot dog
    Hamburger
    Macaroni salad
Oranges, grapes, apples with fruit dip
    Chips

    Not creative, but always works.

Our 4th of July menu was awesome!

We roasted a pig and I took a bunck of it and made pulled pork sandwiches.
    Cole slaw
    potatoe salad
    chips & dips
    7 layer salad
    elk/bacon burgers
    mac n cheese
    cheesy potatoes
    tossed salad
    pasta salad
lil smokies wrapped in bacon & baked with brown sugar
    then there were the desserts........

I was on the road...so Taco Bell it was. Split some nachos, had a chicken quesadilla and a Meximelt.

I eat better when I'm home and not on the road with the band. So last night I had:

    Brocolli
    Corn on the cob
    Kielbasa
    Salad

    Exciting right?
