I don't prefer Molson either, I'm a LaBatt Blue Light person. But you for sure need a nice cold brew to accompany a steak. In fact, isn't that why they invented the concept of steak? to give beer a friend???

I made spaghetti and meatball dinner.
But I stuffed the meatballs with Ricotta, Mozzarella, Cottage cheese, Parma. 10 of them as big as a cue ball swimming in sauce with the extra cheese on the top.
It's kind of like a ravioli inside out.

    Came out perfect.
