    went for a dip in Cass lake last weekend. (in a dry suit)

    So far Metro Denver only has about 7", but we're supposed to get another 8" or so today, another 3-6" overnight, and another 3-6" by Sunday afternoon.

    Whee.

    Ok this is the best winter ever! I mean does it get any better than today. The 3rd day in Jan. and nearly 50 degrees out AWESOME.

    this is absolutely crazy that it is this warm this early in the year. Watching "An Inconvienant Truth" shed light on this warming, but seriously, this is all janked up.

    I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day.

    The summer of '06 wasn't that hot at all, hardly above 90 and never sniffed 100. Is this an El Nino winter? I haven't heard. May have more to do with that...?
