I've now taken our Yukon to the dealer to have the driver's side heated/cooled seats fixed 4 times for a total of 6 days...
Funny that when it came to non warranty items I had to pay for, like the 30k service for $250 and a chipped taillight for $220... They are all over it... But a basic warranty item...
First trip: "sorry Mr king, we don't have the right part, we will have it overnighted. When can you come in again". (after waiting 2 hrs)
Second trip: "sorry Mr. king, it doesn't look like the service advisor ordered the right part. We will have it overnighted... When you come in again. This time we will give you a loaner so you don't have to wait" (after waiting 2.5 hrs)
3rd trip: "Mrs King, I can't seem to find your invoice, but here are your keys. We will mail it to you" (after leaving the car there for 2 days)
4th trip: "Mr. King, it looks like they replaced the module on the passenger side instead of the drivers side. We will give you a loaner again, when can you bring it back in?" (TBD)
Only effing GMC dealer for 40 miles. What a PITA
