yeah it probably isn't a huge deal to most, but figured it's worth pointing out.

I still think it's incredibly backwards to charge people MORE to live in the city, especially when population loss is an issue- they're getting $$ from those from property taxes also...

When calculated for an entire year, however, that extra 1.25% gets a bit more burdensome.

Longshot because I just bought a new car last August, but considering a CNG car (half the fuel cost of regular cars), which would sort of offset living outside Detroit.

Did a TV appearance for the first time today. I disliked it. Not because of the whole camera thing, but because of the content covered.

Isn’t there some cheese steak place in Southfield where the guy supposedly went to Philadelphia to learn how to make cheese steaks then came back here to open his own place? That sound familiar to anybody?
