Owww . . I am so mad at that software for not working right yesterday. I am tempted to go in tomorrow morning and upload those reports and send off that data.

But I need patience and I need to realize when to let it go . . . . it's not my time why waste it???? Why waste my time because their systems don't work and is a piece of crap?

Because there is seriousness behind both issues . . . there are real people being harmed and there is a chance they can be helped . . .

The human factor . . . why sometimes it's so hard to let go . . . .
