Bev, the account manager for Ford comes to me with this ridiculous request. Then halfway through completing this she calls and says Ford wants this changed to something completly different. Then she says if you do this, I will give you one of my grandkids. Even better, she says, "I have a 16 year old granddaughter who is a twin who is blind and has cerebral palsy. She can sit in the car and tell you the name, artist and lyrics of any song that comes on the radio. You can have her if you want." How the hell are you supposed to respond to that?
