I was at the gym the other day. I saw this tremendously overweight woman on one of the elliptical machines and thought to myself "ya know, that's the most sense anything has made to me in awhile."

Why did it make sense? Was she elliptically shaped?

most teachers and students have the day off, as do a majority of bank employees, which means we picked the wrong profession for today...

These are the days where I just grin and bear it and just keep telling myself that this is the stuff that makes us tougher than those in the South and West who shut down eveything when they get an inch of snow and its 30 degress outside. We might not have alot of the benefits of living in a warmer climate, but dammit we are tougher then them!!

Usually the only women you see working out are those who don't really need to. It was interesting to see someone getting off their fat ass and at least trying to do something about it.
