just find a job up near me...you could find a house that's bigger than mine for 130

and you can find houses for 50k that are really nice starters...

That'd be a decent market to start in, though at this point I haven't seriously considered targeting a specific area.

It is literally "not applicable" when the report is ran. My wife never had any credit to her name when we got the house. It complicated matters, but we were able to get approved with a good rate. That was 2006, there are higher standards today and we may not have been approved.

I'm probably just going to be a renter.
