there is a huge difference in the two.... kmart came up with 11 billion a little over a year after filing. i guess if i filed and won the lotto the next year i'd make good with whoever i hadn't paid before.... but then again kmart didn't win the lotto, they just used real estate already on the books to make a purchase.

No... I met her on a "break"

Hit it off for a month, which was nice, and she decided she loved the guy enough to give him another chance. Sparce contact is probably the best way to describe her and I from that point till just before Opening Day. Since then it's been pretty constant talking, few romantic moments, and more than a handfull of real good times just out with people.

And that other guy is long gone with some other girl.

Well ****, then I think two months is plenty of time assuming you aren't looking to get super serious right away.

No, not super-serious. Just enough that some other D-bag doesn't take her attention. I worry a little that asking may chase it away, though.

the longer you wait the more chance she sees you as more just friends or so other guy steps up........... and then she'll start asking if you think he's okay for her
