They have Lean Cuisine BBQ chicken pizzas that are surprisingly good and not too much fat...along with the Paninis posted above it's a good choice to throw in the office freezer.

Today, however, I'm going to hit Subway, since I will be close to it on my other errands.

You know what, I may have to go to Sarnia early next week, and if I do it will be at lunchtime this time. So it will get done.

I'm having the Fraserburn special from Alfie's in Sarnia, Ontario.

BBQ chicken sandwich, butter on the bun, 4 slices of spicy salami, lettuce, and some hot peppers. Maybe a little different than Fraser's way, but a great sandwich nonetheless.

And the owners were especially nice, right down to telling me not to shake my Orangina too hard lest it blew up all over my car.

    Sounds tasty Biff...

Today I went all out at Village Grill and had a chicken wrap - basicially a Hani - but with more chicken and better ranch...soooooo good!

Brisket sandwich and coleslaw from Rudy's. Being a chain, their bbq tends to be hit or miss. Today must be a good day, because it was damn good. Nice and moist, good char, and a good smoke ring. I've had their bbq before and it's been bone dry.

I'm really looking forward to tomorrow's lunch. I'm going to the barbecue Mecca of Texas, Lockhart. A little city south of Austin that has places that repeatedly get named in the top bbq places in the state.
