I usually fast 1 day every 2 weeks to clean out my system.
I've been doing this for about 3 months and I have more energy and haven't been sick at all this winter.
Hubby thinks I'm goofy for doing this, but I know how I felt before and this has really helped me feel better.

Definitely. Not only are their burritos the best they are cheap. Like $5 for a burrito will fill you up.

Crispers are a Christie brand snack food sold in Canada. Currently available in 8 flavours, Crispers have been successful based on their marketing as "baked not fried" and their uniqueness, as in "they're not chips, they're not crackers, they're Crispers".

    [edit] Flavours

    All Dressed
    Barbecue
    Dill Pickle
    Ketchup
    Ranch
    Salt & Vinegar
    Sour Cream & Onion
    Zesty Cheese
