Not far from my place. That one was never as good as its original location on Ford and Inkster.

I don't think it is a as good as when Bray owned it. Sold it early last year I think. Had some a couple months ago, not as good as before.

I just always loved the original location. It helped that I grew up a few blocks from it. We used to get there burgers a lot back in the day when my family would have random last minute get togethers. I wasn't aware it was sold. Originally Posted by GaryAngel

I never really noticed a big difference between Bates, Brays, Hunter House, etc. I did like all of them.

It used to be in a tall rickety white, 2nd floor house looking thing with just like 6 bar stools....so good.....lots changed since then

i knew the original owner's son. He went to highschool with an ex gf of mine and one night he professed his love for her. she laughed at him.
I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day.
