GM's a global brand and I find this to be pretty smart because it should help them against Ford, Chrysler and other brands outside of Amercia.

They sell more Chevys abroad than here. Manchester is huge in Asia as well. Makes sense to me. They are clearly redirecting their spend to outlets that actually work, unlike facebook etc.
